weight training by increasing the weights and start using
some of the intensity methods.
- Cardio – If you started out at 10 minutes,
increase the duration of your walking or running to at least 30
minutes, 3 times a week.
For those who started at 30 minutes, start adding 20-30 second
high intensity bursts. You can usually get 6 bursts into a normal
20-30 minute session; allowing for 4-5 minutes warm up, and
two minutes between bursts and 2-5 minutes cool down and stretch.
