Stress - Energy Zapper
Stress is a major factor is how energetic or how tired you feel.
We all suffer from daily stresses at work or at home. How we deal
with those stressors are the key to our energy levels.
We each react in different ways to the same set of stressors.
Some find music whilst working energizing - me, I find it incredibly
irritating, if it is not the kind of music that resonates with my
own personal energy rythyms.
Some find planning a wedding a positive stress, others find the
process so overwhelming that it is a negative, energy drainging
stress
Knowing how you react to certain stressors is key to managing your
own stress and energy levels.
I fret the small stuff and find personal traits such as sniffing,
clicking fingernails, eating noisily very, very irritating. But
in a major emergency situation, I am collected and logical in resolving
the problem. I excel at the big stuff, and fail badly at the small
stuff.
There are five primary steps to dealing with stress:

toughness - inherent or artificially induced.
